Unfortunately, once you book a date, I turn away other business. If you decide to change your mind about a date, then I have lost out doubly. Because of that, my cancellation policy is as follows:
- No charge for rescheduling due to a named tropical storm or hurricane.
- No charge for rescheduling with at least a one-month notice, prior to the class date.
- 25% charge for rescheduling anytime before one week prior to the class date.
- 50% charge for rescheduling within one calendar week of the class date
- 100% charge for cancellation after booking if there is no rescheduling.
