4 Hour
These classes feature either on-site instruction or virtual presentation with a 4-hour block of time, and students are encouraged to bring in their real world documents for to ask questions about. The 4-hour in-person instruction format is the original course design for the material. Attendees always leave with a printed manual, access to practice files and a wealth of knowledge. (Either the organization or the attendee can be tasked with making a printout of the electronic manual, but printouts are required for attending class.)
Access
In-person Microsoft Access classes are designed to be taught in 5 modules. Some organizations have requested a condensed 3 module presentation of the material. Please contact CDA Computer Training if you are interested in either the 3- or 5-module classes.

Acrobat 4 Hour
These four-hour classes, whether presented in person or virtually, deliver the most bang for the buck when learning Adobe Acrobat DC/Pro. This is the original format the class material was designed for, and gets the highest ratings by attendees.
ACR 401: PDF Creation and Editing with Acrobat Pro
Class Length: 5 hours. Can include up to 12 attendees in one session.
ACR 402: Working with PDF Forms in Acrobat Pro
Class Length: 4 hours. Can include up to 15 attendees in one session.
ADA Accessibility 4 Hour
Starting in January of 2018, Section 508 of the Federal Rehabilitation Act required that online documents be accessible to people using assistive technology (screen readers, magnifiers and mouse alternatives.) The concept is simple, but many local governments struggle with remediating documents and staying within compliance. This latest computer class offering will help your team build accessible documents from scratch and remediate existing documents in
the public realm.
